Bharatanatyam Artist
A senior student of Kishor Nritya Niketan, Ankita Deshkar has completed Alankar in Bharatanatyam. She performed her Arangetram in the year 2017. Ankita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (2014) and has done her Master of Arts in Mass Communication from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur (2015-17). She is currently pursuing her PhD from RTMNU titled, ‘An analysis of non-verbal communication in Indian classical dance forms’. Ankita is a journalist and a fact checker and fact check trainer professionally. She loves experimenting and has performed in various shows along with her gurus and fellow performers at the institute
