Bharatanatyam

Bharatanatyam is a major form of Indian classical dance that originated in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the eight widely recognized Indian classical dance forms.The institute is carrying forward the legacy of Adyar K Lakshman Bani and Kalakshetra style of Bharatanatyam.

Tabla

Tabla is the principal percussion instrument in Hindustani classical music, where it may be played solo, as accompaniment with other instruments and vocals, and as a part of larger ensembles

Hindustani Vocal

Does music help memory? Listening to and performing music reactivates areas of the brain associated with memory, reasoning, speech, emotion, and reward.

Mridangam

Known as the most ancient percussion indian instrument believed to be played by Nandi during Lord shiva Tandava.It is mostly used in Carnatic music with the most sophisticated Taala/Rhythmic Structure.

Academy

Swar Sangam Sanskrutik Manch was established on the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashmi in 1986 and was registered on 31/07/1987 Under Public Trust Act 1950. Since 2011 the Institution is being supported by Ministry of culture, Government Of India, New Delhi and Sangeet Natak Academy, New Delhi.

Our Institution SWAR SANGAM SANSKRUTIK MANCH’S “KISHOR NRITYA NIKETAN”, is conducting Bhartnatyam Dance, Folk Dance, Mridangam,Tabla and Music classes regularly and also is an Examination Centre of Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mandal, Mumbai.
